Registration: Deadlines and Pricing

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ONLY REGISTER THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS YOU ARE LIKELY TO BRING.

IndianaMUNC is always happy to see large delegations, but please start small and add more registrations as you confirm your delegation! We will honor the price the majority of your delegation received upon initial registration. It becomes incredibly difficult on our end in planning when large amounts of students are registered, only for these numbers to drop in the months leading up to conference. Additionally, invoices will be finalized and nonrefundable one week before the conference on February 13th to ensure that the amount billed is reflective of any last-minute delegate additions or drops. Please wait to pay the invoice until you have a confirmed number of delegates, meal plans, and t-shirt orders!
